The main slope refurbishment programme is finally nearing completion. The old silver lining has been removed, the walls have been cleaned and the girders painted. The test panel goes up next week and the following few weeks will see the installation of a 200 metre long (1000m2) mountain range mural which will cover the whole length of the outer slope wall. The mural is expected to be completed by Christmas and will totally transform the appearance of the snowhall. It’ll look awesome!

Rumour has it that there’s a group of yeti’s living in the mountains. Make sure you look out for them on your next visit, but don’t worry... they’re a friendly bunch apparently!
